At UrbanDeals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp and provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Conditions:
* The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
* Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging/accessories.
* Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the return is approved. If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the available payment method.

Return Shipping:
If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will guide you regarding the return process. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.
